It was started almost 80 years ago by Moshe Cantor, continued by Noah (Noyakh) Witman. After Witman's death, for almost 20 years, until his retirement in 2019, Sid Halpern served as Executive Producer.  He was the "neshome" - the heart and soul of The Jewish Radio Hour.  It was a labour of love. As well as hosting interesting and informative programs, he organized things and secured financing so we could continue. The show is hosted by a group of volunteers.
